Surprisingly good

Taiwan mob family leader has three sons. The eldest (Alan Tang) is adopted but feels most responsible to carry out family duties. Second son (Simon Yam) is ambitious loose cannon. Third son (Bowie Lam)don't have what it takes to be much of anything. Alan is being targeted for a hit, and hit men raids on him during his wedding where his now wife gets hit in a spine and becomes paraplegic. Alan decides to lay low for the sake of his wife and leaves Taiwan to Hong Kong where he becomes an average fish vendor in Stanley where he meets Andy (Lau). Andy is a gang leader of some influence among the punk kids around Stanley and first takes Alan lightly not knowing that he's the real deal.

This movie has action, plot and humor (and bit of romance), and spontaneous exchange between Andy Lau and Alan Tang is priceless.

This is hard boiled action where Alan Tang sets the mood. He was a star in the '70s and proves that he's still in the game in the '90s. Watch it, and you won't be disappointed.
